Activity grew every quarter: 31 acts in autumn, 48 through winter, 68 in spring (the kindness sprint), 67 this summer. Participation ended the year at 78% of active members — a number that includes quick, private acts, which make up 41% of everything logged.
Ninety-six acts carry a stored link to the act that inspired them. The longest chain ran seven links across three towns over eleven days, starting with a morning of garden work. Chains are the product's proof: kindness measurably propagates, and the links are records, not survey answers.

Eighty-three members logged at least one act; twenty-six inspired at least one other person. The top of the leaderboard changed hands four times, and the year's most-inspiring act — a walked-across-campus favour — came from a member in their first month. Streaks mattered gently: the median active member logged on 9 distinct days; the longest streak reached 21.
Thirty-one hours were verified across two partners, most with Harry Chapin Food Bank. Every hour carries a named verifier. Two further hours were pending at year-end and are excluded here — they will count in the quarter they are verified.
Four local sponsors backed recognition this year: 61 vouchers issued, 44 redeemed (72%). Recognized members' next acts inspired follow-ons at 1.9× the circle baseline. Sponsors appeared only in recognition copy and the About tab — the platform ran zero feed ads.
