What changes — and what deliberately doesn't

Changes: circles get a home with cover, tabs, and their own composer; the hub ranks circles by activity; the feed attributes every card to its circle with a tinted header; announcements become pins.
Held: the four interactions only — no comments-first culture, no reshares; safeguarded privacy still gates everything; quick acts stay private; the gradient still appears once per screen (the Inspired pill / composer +).
